Winekist Apple Tree
Winekist apple trees produce a medium-sized fruit with wine-red skin and areas of darker red and very small white dots. The red flesh is extremely tart. It’s excellent for ciders or sauce. A rare apple that originated in Winthrop, Maine.
Rootstock: G969: 12-15ft, 15 ft between trees. Semi-dwarf, 12-15ft, resistant to fire blight, crown rot, and woolly apple aphid with good cold hardiness.
