Veteran Peach Tree
This is our favorite cold-hardy peach variety! It originated in Canada and it’s the toughest of the tough in terms of handling cold and wet Spring weather. It also bears abundantly and early in the tree’s life. The peach is medium to large, freestone, juicy, sweet, and easy to peel — everything you want in a peach. Yellow flesh with red blushed skin. You’ll be happy you planted this one.
Rootstock: Lovell - cold hardy, more tolerant to wet conditions compared to other peach rootstocks, 15-25 max height depending on pruning, resistant to bacterial canker
Sun: Full sun
Container Size: 3-gal
Caliper: 1/2"
