It is cold hardy to -25F with limited cold damage, is highly disease resistant and self-fertile. It is outstanding eaten fresh with its tender, juicy flesh and freestone pit. Additionally, it is a great canner, makes excellent desserts like pies, cobblers, crumbles, etc., and an awesome jam/preserve. This is one of our all time favorite peaches due to its cold hardiness, disease resistance, self-fertility, and flavor profile.
