Disease-resistant and cold-hardy Harostar is a wise choice for the grower on any scale. This mid-season, free-stone, large and beautiful fruit ripens around 10 days after Harcot. It has delicious flavor and is wonderful dried, fresh, baked, or eaten fresh. It was developed in Ontario at the Harrow Research and Development Centre for growers in Northern climates.
